Our expertise in hazardous materials remediation and industrial demolition has brought us into contact with a broad network of owners, buyers and sellers of manufacturing facilities and equipment. We regularly consult with buyers and sellers to assess the value of their raw material and equipment, and propose methodology to manage the recovery process.

Many of our larger clients engage our services on an annual basis knowing that throughout the year they will relocate or dismantle machinery and structures. This contract work relationship ensures our clients “on demand” access to our services.

We act as single source asset recovery specialists for our clients. We decommission and dismantle machinery and equipment, remediate hazardous material, demolish structures, and recycle the residual materials. By executing all of these functions, JW Demolition is able to provide efficiencies for our clients that result in cost savings, more consistency on the job site, and better adherence to project schedule.
